Introductions and advisory for serious raises
Nobody fundsa cold email.
We put your raise in front of angels, family offices, and venture funds we know personally. They read your deck first. They say yes first. Only then does a meeting touch your calendar. Nothing goes out in your name, and we take no cut of your round.
“I reviewed the deck and the intake notes. This is in my lane. Happy to take the call, Thursday afternoon works.”
The yes comes first. The calendar comes second.
The yes comes before the meeting.
Every investor we bring you has read your materials and asked for the conversation before anything is scheduled. You never pitch a room that did not want you in it.
We have sat where you sit.
Our team worked inside hundreds of raises before building this firm, with nine figures raised across that work. We know what a stalled round feels like from the inside.
Flat fee. No cut of your round.
One price, agreed before we start. No success fees, no commissions, no equity. If an investor passes during review, that introduction never counts against you.
How a warm room actually happens
Not with a bigger list. With better filters and a lot of homework, most of it done before you ever see a calendar invite.
- 01
Tell us the real story
One working session. We read the deck, ask the awkward questions, and get straight on stage, check size, sector, and what this round actually needs to close.
- 02
We shortlist, and we cut hard
Your raise gets scored against every investor in the network on five dimensions. Most names never make your list, and we tell you why they did not.
- 03
The investor reads first
Shortlisted investors get your materials. The interested ones confirm the meeting themselves. The ones who pass cost you nothing.
- 04
You get the dossier
Before every meeting, one cited page on the person across the table. Recent checks, stated thesis, how they decide, what to lead with.
- 05
You walk in warm
They asked for this meeting. You know their portfolio better than their last pitch did. That is a very different conversation.
Everything an engagement includes
No mystery retainers. Every engagement is assembled from the pieces below, scoped to your raise on the first call.
Confirmed introductions
01Warm, double opt-in meetings with investors matched to your stage, sector, and check size. Each one accepted by the investor before it is booked.
Investor prep dossiers
02A cited one-pager on every investor you meet: their recent checks, their stated thesis, and the talking points most likely to land.
Investor alignment report
03Your shortlist, mapped. Who fits, how well, and exactly why each name made the cut.
Competitive landscape report
04Every direct and adjacent competitor, their funding history, and the gap your deck should be claiming. Built to fix the competition slide.
Category objection playbook
05The ten questions investors in your space are asking right now, with receipts, and drafted answers you can rehearse until they are yours.
Comparable rounds benchmark
0615 to 30 recent rounds in your sector and stage: size, instrument, who led. Price your ask off data, not guesswork.
Advisory sessions with Jordan Goldberg
07Working sessions with our advisory partner: behavioral scientist, multi-exit founder, and fund manager. Deck, narrative, positioning. Blunt notes, real fixes.
Bi-weekly executive check-ins
08Every other week our executive team debriefs the tape with you: how your investor conversations performed, what stalled, and what to change before the next room.
Async support throughout
09Questions between sessions get answered between sessions. Our team stays reachable across your full engagement, not just on scheduled calls.
Pricing is scoped on the consultation call, fixed before we start, and never tied to how your round ends. If an investor passes during review, that introduction does not count toward your engagement.
Built for two kinds of raisers
How we get paid, in plain English
You should not have to guess at an advisor’s incentives. Ours fit in six lines.
What you pay
One flat engagement fee.
Agreed on the first call, before any work starts. It does not move with your round.
Zero percent of your raise.
No success fees, no commissions, no equity, no warrants. Your cap table stays yours.
Passes are on us.
If an investor declines during review, that introduction does not count toward your engagement. The risk of a no sits on our side of the table.
What we will never do
Send email pretending to be you.
No mass sequences, no lookalike domains, no outreach in your name. Ever.
Shop your deck around.
Your materials go to matched investors only, and only after you sign off.
Promise you a closed round.
Anyone who guarantees funding is selling you something else. We arrange the meeting and get you ready to win it. The decision belongs to the investor, and we put that in writing.
You are probably wondering
The questions every founder asks before the first call, answered the way we would answer them on it.
Agencies rent you a sending domain and a spreadsheet, then count replies. We do not send anything in your name. We match your raise against investors we actually know, and a meeting only exists once the investor has read your deck and asked for it.
No. Nobody honest does. What we control is who you meet and how prepared you are when you meet them. The check is always the investor’s call, and we put that in writing.
One flat fee, scoped on your first call and agreed before we start. Not a percentage, not equity. It does not change whether your round closes in six weeks or six months, and we discuss the number on the call rather than on a pricing page.

Bring us the raise. We will tell you the truth about it.
One call. If we can help, you will know exactly how before it ends. If we cannot, we will say so and point you to someone who can.
