FAQ
The questions everyone asks first
If yours is missing, bring it to the call. Straight answers are the house style.
Agencies rent you a sending domain and a spreadsheet, then count replies. We do not send anything in your name. We match your raise against investors we actually know, and a meeting only exists once the investor has read your deck and asked for it.
No. Nobody honest does. What we control is who you meet and how prepared you are when you meet them. The check is always the investor’s call, and we put that in writing.
One flat fee, scoped on your first call and agreed before we start. Not a percentage, not equity. It does not change whether your round closes in six weeks or six months, and we discuss the number on the call rather than on a pricing page.
Angels, family offices, venture funds, and the allocators who back emerging managers. Every one of them joined by agreement and told us what they want to see. We do not publish names, and the people in it prefer it that way.
A deck, one short call, and straight answers about where the round really stands. We handle the rest.
Nothing happens, and that is the point. No meeting, no charge against your engagement, no room that wastes an afternoon. We tell you they passed and we tell you why, because the why is usually worth having.
Bring us the raise. We will tell you the truth about it.
One call. If we can help, you will know exactly how before it ends. If we cannot, we will say so and point you to someone who can.
